The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends baby’s be vaccinated on the regular schedule regardless of how they are fed.
Information suggests that breastfed babies end up with higher antibody titers (meaning greater resistance to the disease they were immunized for) than formula-fed babies. (1) This means that breastfed baby’s vaccines tend to produce a more active immune response than formula-fed babies. (2)
